Here are some standout individual performances at both the high school and college level from over the weekend.

Jalyn Aponte, Natick: This running back had an explosive performance in his team's 48-26 win over Milton, rushing for four touchdowns in the second quarter of last Thursday's victory.

Michael Berluti, Xaverian: In his team's 42-7 win over Brockton, this senior quarterback completed 19 of 24 passes for 286 yards and two touchdowns. The three-year starter also rushed for a touchdown, threw a two-point conversion, and kicked three PATs.

Isaiah Bragg, Malden Catholic: In a 32-21 win over North Andover, Bragg rushed for 248 yards and two touchdowns on 17 carries.

Brendan Burke, Matt Griffin, and Derrick Shepherd, Quaboag: These three players all stood out in a 41-8 win over Worcester Tech. Burke rushed for 112 yards and two touchdowns on 10 carries, and also led the defense with 11 tackles. Griffin rushed for 100 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries, and also had a conversion rush. Shepherd threw for three touchdowns in the win.

Noah Callery, Doherty: In a 27-20 win over Shrewsbury, this quarterback rushed for 213 yards and three touchdowns on 20 carries, including the game-winning score in the fourth quarter. This is the second time in as many weeks he has scored the winning touchdown in the fourth. He also had a passing touchdown, and in the Highlanders' 2-0 start has a hand in eight (six rushing and two passing) of his team's nine touchdowns.

Gordon Gozdeck and Nolan O'Brien, Lincoln-Sudbury: This duo combined for 300 all-purpose yards and five touchdowns in a 42-14 win over Westford Academy. Gozdeck had 84 yards rushing, two touchdowns, plus an 8-yard receiving touchdown. O'Brien caught six passes for 113 yards and a touchdown. He also had 95 yards on punt returns, including a 65-yard touchdown.

Michael Holt, Tantasqua: In a 33-22 loss to Oakmont, this wide receiver caught seven passes for 87 yards and two touchdowns.

Casious Johnson, Plymouth South: Just a freshman, Johnson is off to a great start for his high school career. In a 35-0 win over Dennis-Yarmouth, Johnson rushed for 166 yards and touchdowns of 62 and 50 yards on 14 carries. For the season, he has rushed for 478 yards and six touchdowns at 10.9 yards per carry.

Aaron Morris, Lowell: In a 24-0 win over Lawrence, Morris rushed for 142 yards and two touchdowns on just eight carries.

Anthony Norcia, Merrimack: This former Everett star continues to tear it up at the college level, as he had career highs in both receptions (7) and receiving yards (68) this weekend. He caught an 18-yard touchdown pass in the fourth quarter of Sunday's 31-20 loss to LIU.

Ayden Pereira, Central Catholic: Pereira got it done with both his arm and his legs in Friday night's 35-7 win over Methuen. He completed 11 of 16 passes for 94 yards and a touchdown. He also rushed for 49 yards and a touchdown on 11 carries.

Spencer Riley, Lynnfield: In his team's 13-7 win over Pentucket, Riley had three tackles, including two for loss, a sack, and a 16-yard interception return for a touchdown.

Ryan Russell, West Springfield: This quarterback did a little bit of everything in his team's 42-14 win over East Longmeadow. He had three rushing touchdowns, a passing touchdown, and intercepted a pass on defense.

Matthew Sluka, Holy Cross: This freshman was a huge factor in the Crusaders' 34-24 win over Fordham on Saturday. The quarterback rushed for 145 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw a touchdown pass.

Nolan Startzell and Keegan Sullivan, Scituate: Startzell, a kicker, was 7-for-7 on PATs, and he also booted four touchbacks in Scituate's 42-6 win over Pembroke. Sullivan 205 all-purpose yards and three touchdowns (90 rushing and a TD, 55 return yards and a TD, and 60 receiving yards and a TD).

Isaiah Wright, Burncoat: In a 35-0 win over David Prouty, Wright rushed for 250 yards and three touchdowns, and also made an interception on defense.

Nick Yanchuk, Bishop Feehan: In the Shamrocks' 31-14 victory over Austin Prep, this sophomore rushed for 164 yards and two touchdowns on 18 carries.
