Our top 10 rankings for the Football Bowl Subdivision and Football Championship Subdivision teams in New England.

1. Boston College (3-1) — AJ Dillon simply too much for Rutgers. 2. UConn (1-2) — Indiana had its way with the Huskies. 3. Maine (2-2) — Big one with Villanova up next. 4. UMass (0-4) — A very long way to go here.

5. Dartmouth (1-0) — Should be favored against Colgate this week. 6. Yale (1-0) — Bulldogs with size up front to be a problem for teams. 7. Holy Cross (1-2) — Battled hard against a good Yale squad. 8. New Hampshire (1-2) — Quality win over URI. 9. Rhode Island (0-3) — Game with UNH could have gone either way. 10. Harvard (0-1) — Loss of Aaron Shampklin is tough.
