Week 4 MIAA compilation poll

Every week, we put together a statewide compilation poll that includes our rankings along with that of Suite Sports, the only other human statewide poll we know of. We combine that with the two computer polls of record, calpreps and Massey.

1. Everett (4-0) — No. 1 everywhere still.

2. Xaverian (3-1) — Consensus No. 2.

3. North Andover (4-0) — Everyone in almost total agreement.

4. St. John's Prep (3-1) — Only calpreps has the Eagles outside the top 5.

5. Catholic Memorial (3-1) — Both computers have the Knights at No. 7.

6. Duxbury (4-0) — As high as No. 3 (MassVarsity), as low as No. 12 (Suite Sports).

7. Mansfield (3-1) — MassVarsity's No. 11 ranking holds the Hornets down a peg.

8. Lincoln-Sudbury (3-1) — Still top 10 in every poll.

9. Needham (4-0) — Very little disagreement on the Rockets.

10. Acton-Boxboro (4-0) — Suite Sports a tad lower on the Colonials than the other three.

11. Hingham (3-0) — All four polls around the same place.

12. North Attleboro (3-1) — Everything between Nos. 13 and 15.

13. Shrewsbury (4-0) — Massey at No. 22 the main outlier.

14. Tewksbury (3-1) — Computers a little higher on the Redmen than the humans.

15. Springfield Central (3-1) — Strength of schedule dragging Central down a little in the computers.

16. King Philip (2-2) — MassVarsity, Suite Sports and calpreps all have the Warriors at No. 19.

17. Doherty (4-0) — Still top 10 in both human polls, still outside the top 25 in both computers.

18. Mashpee (4-0) — Suite Sports highest on the Falcons at No. 9.

19. Central Catholic (2-2) — Massey still high on the Raiders at No. 14.

20. Nashoba (4-0) — Calpreps the biggest believer in the Chieftains at No. 17.

21. Brockton (2-1) — Only outside the top 25 in calpreps.

22. Dracut (3-0) — Middies jump into the Massey top 25 does the trick.

23. BC High (2-2) — Massey has the Eagles checking in at No. 17.

24. Natick (2-2) — Calpreps a little lower on the Redhawks than everyone else.

25. Stoneham (4-0) — No. 18 on calpreps the best ranking here.
