Week 6 MIAA compilation poll

Every week, we put together a statewide compilation poll that includes our rankings along with that of Suite Sports, the only other human statewide poll we know of. We combine that with the two computer polls of record, calpreps and Massey.

1. Everett (6-0) — Still a consensus No. 1.

2. Xaverian (4-1) — Has moved into No. 2 in every poll.

3. St. John's Prep (5-1) — No. 4 in both humans, No. 3 in both computers.

4. Duxbury (6-0) — No. 4 in both computers.

5. North Andover (6-0) — Top 5 everywhere now.

6. Acton-Boxboro (6-0) — Either No. 6 or No. 7 in all four.

7. Mansfield (5-1) — Top 10 everywhere now.

8. Lincoln-Sudbury (5-1) — Between Nos. 7 and 9 in all four.

9. Catholic Memorial (4-2) — Suite Sports at No. 12 a tad lower than everyone else.

10. Springfield Central (5-1) — Big leap into the top 10.

11. Central Catholic (4-2) — Massey with the Raiders at No. 8 the major factor here.

12. Tewksbury (5-1) — Suite Sports a little lower than everyone else at No. 20.

13. King Philip (4-2) — MassVarsity at No. 18 the lowest one.

14. Needham (5-1) — Anywhere between No. 9 (Suite Sports) and No. 20 (calpreps).

15. Falmouth (5-0) — Both computers with the Clippers at No. 14.

16. Hingham (4-1) — MassVarsity still the only one with Harbormen outside the top 25.

17. Doherty (6-0) — Top 10 in both human polls, and outside the top 25 in both computers.

18. Natick (4-2) — Only calpreps has this team outside the top 25.

19. Brockton (3-2) — Saw a slight upward move in all four polls.

20. Stoneham (5-1) — Calpreps very high on the Spartans at No. 11.

21. Canton (6-0) — Outside the top 25 in both humans, No. 16 in both computers.

22. Milton (5-1) — MassVarsity highest on the Wildcats at No. 16.

23. Mashpee (6-0) — Outside the top 25 in both computers, but No. 11 in Suite Sports.

24. Scituate (5-1) — No. 13 in calpreps the big mover here.

25. Nashoba (6-0) — No. 12 in MassVarsity, or else you'd see Marblehead here.
